The users I'm selling to in most cases don't have existing openAI accounts. They are scared of how much they will have to pay openAI as they don't understand the billing structure.
I see myself telling clients to create a specific open AI key to use only with robofy. I want users to be able to monitor the open AI usage from the robofy dashboard.
This ensures that they get everything they need from the robofy site. I can then provide estimates on how much they going to have to pay to open AI.
We should also let them set limits on the openAI spend and turning off the chatbot by not calling openAI API's when the limit is reached. Obviously we should give them a unique error message and an automated mailer to the chatbot admin
